Earlier this year I was invited to give a series of talks on the subject of working with literature in class by the Danish Association of English Teachers. This is not going to be a proper full length post, I am just going to share my slides. Enjoy!
I would, however, like to point specifically to the two versions of Literary Circles mentioned in the presentation. These are frameworks that may be adapted to any work of fiction and thus offer a lot of flexibility. One version is especially suited to working with a selection of works, while the other works better with a single book.
